All-on-4

All-on-4 is a way to replace all of the teeth on your upper or lower jaw using four strategically placed implants. A full set of new teeth is attached to those implants, giving you a fixed, stable smile that does not come out at night.

It is a strong option if you are living with failing teeth, advanced gum disease, or dentures that slip and rub. Because it uses fewer implants than placing one for every tooth, it can often be done without extensive bone grafting.

Is this right for you?

  • Most of your teeth are missing, loose, or unlikely to last.
  • You are tired of removable dentures and want something that feels more natural.
  • You want to be able to eat a wider range of foods with confidence.

What to expect

  1. 1. Consultation

We review your health, examine your mouth, and take 3D scans to see whether All-on-4 is a good fit.

  2. 2. Treatment plan

We go over the plan, timeline, and costs, and answer every question before you commit.

  3. 3. Surgery

Any remaining teeth that cannot be saved are removed and the four implants are placed with guided planning.

  4. 4. New teeth and follow-up

You leave with a set of teeth to wear while you heal. Once healing is complete, we place your final, custom-made set.

Common questions

How is this different from dentures?
Dentures rest on your gums and can shift. All-on-4 teeth are anchored to implants, so they stay in place and feel more like natural teeth.
Is it right for me?
That depends on your bone, gums, and overall health. A consultation and scans will give us a clear answer.
How do I take care of them?
You will brush and clean around them daily, and see us for regular checkups. We will show you exactly how.
