Teeth Whitening

Teeth pick up stains over time from coffee, tea, red wine, tobacco, and simply getting older. Professional whitening uses a stronger, more controlled gel than over-the-counter products, so you get a noticeably brighter smile with less guesswork.

Before whitening, we check that your teeth and gums are healthy, since cavities or gum problems should be treated first. We also let you know what to expect: whitening works on natural teeth, but it does not change the color of crowns, veneers, or fillings.

Is this right for you?

  • Your teeth are yellowed or stained from food, drinks, or tobacco.
  • You want a brighter smile for an event or just for yourself.
  • Store-bought strips have not given you the results you wanted.

Common questions

Will whitening make my teeth sensitive?
Some people have mild, temporary sensitivity. We can adjust the strength and give you products to help.
How long do results last?
Often a year or more, depending on what you eat and drink. Occasional touch-ups keep your smile bright.
Will it whiten my crowns or fillings?
No. Whitening only works on natural teeth. If you have visible crowns or fillings, we will help you plan so everything matches.
